Little Spree Rae Feather Edit
Thank you to Sarah Clark from Little Spree for including the Rae Feather Brand in your weekly edit.
Sarah www.littlespree.com I have followed for as long as I can remember. I love her no nonsense approach to fashion. I love her ability to find simple, timeless, ageless pieces and always make them relevant and on point.

Rae Feather makes things that I wished I already owned. But not the shouty, Oh-my-God-I-have-to-have-that-now, wow pieces – the beautiful, simple, understated pieces that just slide effortlessly into your wardrobe, and never get relegated to the back because they’re always on rotation. And that you want to keep and treasure for years to come. These are pieces that you want to wear. On repeat. Cool, but understated – always my favourite combo. I have done a little edit (no easy task, as everything is lovely! This is not like separating the wheat from the chaff for Sunday Style!) of some of my current favourites to share with you. But do check out the website – there are so many great, covetable pieces, and new things being added all the time.
So in no particular order…
The perfect grey sweatshirt, with the option of varsity-style monogramming.
The simple (just as you want it to be) wool and cashmere tank top (the perfect summer layer over all our favourite dresses).
The gingham smocked ultimate summer sun dress. Love the big bow shoulder ties (although you have the option of wearing it strapless or halter neck too).
The jute market bag for the chicest holiday grocery shopping or trips to the beach (here’s hoping…).
The perfect Breton (I have this and I can confirm it’s the perfect amount of slouch (no one wants a neat fitted Breton…) and has the ideal three quarter length (rollable) sleeves.
The romantic scalloped blouse (in white or chambray) that definitely feels a little different (and certainly more special) to the high street versions around. Love the relaxed fit.
The hareem sweatpants, that you never knew you wanted, let alone needed. Or the ‘elevated trackies’ as I like to call them.
The ultimate layering feather necklace to compliment all your current favourites (the more the merrier I always say!).
The cute little basket with options (wear it hand held or on your shoulder). Personally, I adore a smaller basket, as it feels more of a bag-basket hybrid.
The 19th century style chambray collar. Gorgeous colour, and the ability to pimp up most outfits on those days when you need something a little ‘extra’.
The wide leg cropped sweatpants. The only trackies with a crop kick flare that I’ve ever encountered. Yes please!
The monogrammed khaki canvas tote in the perfect ‘tuck under your arm’ shape.
The Summer straw hat that’s just raggedy enough to look like you bought it on your travels, but chic enough to take you anywhere (even if it’s just your back garden or the local park…).
The dress up or dress down, to-belt-or-not-to-belt super-chic white shirt-dress.
The cotton stripe hareem pants (so great with a tan gladiator sandal) – comfy, cool, and not a relation of the tracksuit (in case you’re phobic).
Now it’s no secret that I love a basket. And one of my favourite baskets of all time is a Rae Feather one. I had my eye on it (I saw the shot of it above, and immediately became obsessed!!) a few years ago, dropped some (MASSIVE) hints to my boyfriend for my birthday, and he came through for me! It’s the only one that sits pride of place in my bedroom. I have loved this one for a very long time too (SO chic). It would be a great travel bag (one day…). So I think it might be next…
Sarah xx
ps: I’m also loving these gorgeous pyjama bottoms, this bracelet (perfect to add to your wrist stack, and would make the sweetest gift), this straw clutch, and this hammam towel.
